Q:  Which parts of Sydney do you service?

We service Sydney’s Upper North Shore, Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches.

Q:  Do you guarantee your work?

All of our trades come with a 7 year guarantee on workmanship, such as plumbing, electrical, tiling etc.

Q:  Do you have insurance?

Yes we are all fully insured, including insurance for public liability.

Q:  Do you provide free quotes?

Yes. Contact us to arrange a free design and quote.

Q:  Can you help me with my bathroom design?

Yes, we sure can. We can provide a detailed bathroom layout plan if you need.

Q:  How and when do I pay for my bathroom renovation?

We ask for a 10% deposit, with progress payments throughout the renovation.

Q:  Can I choose my own tiles and fittings?

Yes, and if you’d like some assistance, we’re more than happy to help choose and source all fittings.

Q:  How long will my bathroom renovation take?

Most renovations take between two and four weeks, depending on the nature of the bathroom renovation.

Q:  Who will be doing the renovation work?

The same team works on every renovation. All our tradesmen are fully licensed with specialist experience relating specifically to bathroom renovations. Your bathroom renovation will be managed by Tony Leggo.

Q:  Do I have to be home while the bathroom renovation is being done?

Not at all. We take full responsibility for the care of your home and contents.

Q:  Will the water be turned off during the bathroom renovation?

The water will only be turned off while plumbing work is being done. The water is never off over night.

Q:  Will our home be left clean and tidy?

Of course. We use drop sheets to protect your floors. We always make every effort to minimise disruption in your home.

Q:  Can I have two or more bathrooms renovated at the same time?

Yes, however we always suggest you keep one bathroom operational for your own convenience.
